Identifying perfectionism -- it's a sneaky stall-out!

Many of us women were taught that perfectionism is a good thing. It means we care. We put out exemplary work. We can be counted on.

But there’s a dark side: It makes us crazy and actually stalls us out!

These are the sneaky ways that perfectionism shows up in our daily lives:

🤮 Black/white or absolute thinking

"When I eat healthy I can be happy. When I don't, I feel like I failed myself"

🤮 All or nothing thinking

"I didn't go the gym like I said I would and I ate that whole bag of chips. The week's ruined so I'll just start Monday.

🤮 Self-judgment

"I should have never said that to him, what's he going to think of me now!? You're so dumb when you just blurt things out without thinking about all of the possible outcomes of what people will think!

🤮 Imposter Syndrome

"I'm such a fraud. I have no clue why they think I'm the best person for the job -- if they only knew! It's so stressful to keep trying so hard to fool them all."

🤮 Fear

"I'm afraid to be judged or to fail which is why I don't want to try for the promotion. It's easier to just stay where I am."

Do you relate to any or all of these examples? If so and you're not having the time of your life practicing them, either 1) subscribe to my newsletter where I talk about how to move out of this stall-out often, or 2) schedule a free consult.

Women who learn to identify and course-correct their stallouts (yes, there are four more besides perfectionism) report adding 2-3 hours of ease and productivity to each day!
