I’m happy you’re here! I’m Kelly and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2009 and a professional life coach since 2013. These two passions pack a powerful and effective one-two punch.


A bit about me…before Dunlap, TN, my wife and I lived in Chattanooga where I had garage gyms for personal training and small group classes. I loved the community, friendships, and the results women achieved in so many areas of their lives!

When we moved up to Lewis Chapel Mountain in 2021 I was the GC for our house build. We did the whole ‘live in a camper’ thing while building (so many funny stories!) and after the dust settled I got curious — if I build another garage gym will women looking for a convenient place to workout on the mountain come?

Turns out…yes!

Women love the convenience and community and I am back doing what I love. Win-win!


Speaking of love…there’s a lot to love about small-group fitness!

💪 Value.
Small groups are a hybrid between 1:1 personal training and a regular gym membership. You get the 1:1 support, accountability, goal achieving, and personal connection for 1/3rd the price of 1:1!

And, I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know but, a gym membership is not a value if it doesn’t get used, goals aren’t met, and precious energy is used up feeling guilty about it all.

💪 Varied & fun workouts.
I love mixing things up and making it fun because it keeps us all engaged! Each class includes one or more of these elements: Cardio, weights, body weight, core, balance, and stretching. You are encouraged to do your best, whatever that looks like for you.



💪 Accountability to show up and reach your goals.
Small groups mean more accountability to show up not only for yourself but for the other women. We’re a team! And if you have an important goal, I want to know about it so I can help you achieve it.



💪 Community.
It always makes me smile to see the lasting friendships women make with each other.



💪 Personal support.
The baseline of support with me is pretty high. Expect texts and invites to additional training and events. Need more accountability and support beyond the baseline? I have 1:1 packages for your specific goal-reaching needs.


💪 Judgment free.
I create inclusive environments. Everyone’s welcome.



💪 No frills.
The gym is in my garage (and outside when we can). I have a heater when it gets too cold and a fan when it gets too hot. We show up and get it done!



💪 Safety.
As an NSCA-certified coach, I know the right way to perform exercises. I also show modifications when you need them.


I joined Kelly’s small group fitness program in January. I love the supportive community with others who share my fitness goals. Kelly’s approach to fitness is refreshing and fun! I highly recommend Kelly if you want to change your mindset and get in shape.

Now, for the other details:

The best fit for this class.
You can be in shape, out of shape, or somewhere in between. All exercises can be modified to meet you where you are and progress from there.

With that said, you need to be fairly healthy. I am not a special needs coach. My take — you are your own authority and know what’s best for you. If you have questions, please reach out to discuss.

Schedule.
The class is Tues & Thurs for 12 weeks
August 20-November 7
7:50-8:35 AM EST
Each session is 45 minutes
(I could entertain a new time if there is enough interest)

Class size.
Intimate — 4-6 women

First-in retro pricing.
I’m starting out with retro pricing from four years ago!
2x per week for twelve weeks $480

One or two payments. Venmo, check, or cash.

Location.

Come to me.
I’m on Lewis Chapel Mountain. Three miles from the Hwy 111/Lewis Chapel exit.

Or I’ll come to you.
If you live within 45 minutes of Dunlap and want to start your own small group (3-12pp) where you are, let’s talk. Drive time is additional.

Fine print.
No refunds. If you miss a class, you miss it. I can share video workouts for you to do on your own if needed.

However, I build in at least two extra Saturday morning classes. If you don’t miss, you get 2 extra classes for free. If you do need to miss a scheduled session, count these as make-ups.
