Martha spent $5,145 trying hard to lose weight and gained weight. Ain’t that some shit!?
How does that happen?
Martha never learned to have a great relationship with herself or her body which is why all of the outside ‘fixes’ aren’t working. She doesn’t need fixing, she just needs to learn how to have a compassionate and loving self-relationship.
Her inner critic reinforces what society tells women – You’re not enough. Try harder. You don’t know how to trust yourself. So she over-pleases, over-perfects, and over-controls at work and home and STILL thinks she’s not doing enough, which is why she can’t seem to find time, motivation, and energy to lose weight
Martha doesn’t connect the dots to see that her weight gain and lack of self-trust to follow through are tied to her inner critic who keeps her disconnected from her intuitive body.
Do you feel like you’re not doing enough even when you're trying so hard to do everything right at home, work, and with your body? Does it make you feel like you don’t know how to take care of yourself and piss you off because you know what a smart woman you are?
Have you been spending money on outside fixes that don’t create lasting and easy results? Just leave you with less money for vacations?
Please hear me – You’re a smart woman who DOES know how to take care of yourself. You just need to learn how. No outside fixes required.
Step one – Lose your inner critic. Put her on the naughty list for life.
Step two – Learn how to have a healthy and connected relationship with yourself and your intuitive body. This is where your enoughness and self-trust have been hanging out. You’ve just been oblivious because your inner critic has been so damn loud.
Feeling enough is an exhale. It’s peace. Clarity. Knowing. When you feel enough you’re confident, authentic, and worthy at home and work.
And when you’re worthy you take loving care of your body with ease because the inner struggle (with your inner critic) disappears.
You see that you’re not broken and you don’t need the latest and greatest expensive and fleeting ‘fix’ that promises weight loss, organization, or happiness.
It’s the biggest lie your inner critic has you believing.
You are enough. You know how to take easy care of your body. You are your answer.
Big hug,
Kelly
P.S. Learning to have a great relationship with yourself and your body is the biggest money-saver ever. And working with me is WAY less than what Martha spent to gain weight. It also takes way less time – only eight weeks in my small group cohort, MindBodyNOW. Email me today if you’re tired of the weight loss struggle and want peace and lasting results for 2025. I’ll ask you a few questions to see if the cohort is right for you. Not sure? Click here to read more about the class.
